Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 application support for a wide range of Manufacturing IT systems to ensure reliable and compliant operations.
- Lead root cause analysis activities, manage configuration changes, and drive continuous application enhancements.
- Collaborate with global IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to resolve issues and implement system improvements.
- Support application upgrades, patching, and validation activities in alignment with GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and data integrity requirements.
- Deliver user training and onboarding sessions, and develop comprehensive support and operational documentation.
- Maintain accurate, compliant documentation for incidents, configuration changes, and validation records.
- Promote standardized processes and best practices while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in supporting Manufacturing IT applications.
- Working knowledge of MES, SCADA, historian, and batch management systems.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and GxP-validated environments.
- Strong analytical abilities, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
