Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain data quality rules using the Data Quality Rules platform.
- Conduct peer reviews of data quality rules created by team members to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to best practices.
- Manage the migration of data quality rules from testing to production environments and provide ongoing operational support for the platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data quality rule and platform-related issues, delivering timely and effective solutions.
- Coach and support other rule authors by reinforcing established procedures, standards, and best practices.
- Communicate project status, progress updates, and key issues to management and stakeholders through clear verbal and written communication.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Finance, Engineering, Business Management, or Information Technology.
- Minimum of two years of experience designing and implementing business rules and decision logic using platforms such as Ab Initio, Collibra, Informatica, or AWS Glue Data Quality.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL for data querying, validation, and analysis.
- Experience querying and analyzing data within AWS Cloud environments and Snowflake data platforms.
- Hands-on experience in data management using tools such as Toad, Oracle/PL/SQL, Teradata, or similar technologies.
- At least two years of experience working with Mortgage, Credit Card, Auto, or Student Loan operations, including related processes, data, or technology platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on experience developing dashboards and analytical reports using Tableau.
- Experience working with Alteryx for data preparation and analytics.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project.
- Ability to understand various data types and effectively create, interpret, and communicate pseudo-technical documentation and logic.
