Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate as part of a highly motivated and experienced team to support SAP customers by resolving incidents and challenges related to Supply Chain Planning, ensuring overall customer success.
- Perform detailed analysis of customer requests and incidents to diagnose issues and deliver effective solutions for complex problems and scenarios.
- Apply strong technical and functional expertise to contribute to the design, coding, testing, documentation, and maintenance of new features, while ensuring high standards of quality and security.
- Demonstrate independent thinking and apply effective problem-solving skills to address customer and system-related challenges.
- Continuously enhance technical and functional skills by identifying opportunities for learning and professional development.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent technical discipline.
