Key Responsibilities:
- Use data to perform data-driven analysis, define and architect key metrics, synthesize insights, and solve complex problems to influence business decision-making by presenting actionable insights and market trends.
- Design, develop, and implement integrations aligned with business objectives, and build strategies that effectively support and enhance business systems.
- Conduct strategic analysis to identify opportunities for improvement, optimize business performance, and drive effective execution across products and functional teams.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Quantitative Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in data analytics, consulting, data science, engineering, or a technical operations role.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in statistical problem-solving and analyzing datasets using SQL or comparable programming languages such as Python, R, Java, or C++.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a Sales or Customer Service–oriented environment.
- Solid understanding of engineering practices, including the creation of BRDs, PRDs, and design documents, as well as code check-ins and code review processes.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as R and Python, and familiarity with advanced analytical techniques including experimental analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into meaningful insights and communicate findings effectively to drive actionable outcomes.
