Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the design, development, and ongoing maintenance of advanced data mobility capabilities for next-generation storage products, while building deep domain expertise.
- Participate in coding, debugging, end-to-end integration, and documentation activities for assigned features and components.
- Collaborate effectively as a team player by actively participating in all Agile ceremonies and supporting the delivery of team commitments.
- Create and maintain high-quality documentation covering design specifications, code implementation, bug triage, and peer reviews.
- Stay up to date with emerging AI trends, tools, and best practices to identify opportunities for enhancing product capabilities and improving team efficiency.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, with strong academic performance and project deliverables, and 0–2 years of relevant work experience.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of advanced software engineering principles and design patterns for building complex, distributed systems.
- Possess proven expertise in at least one mainstream programming language such as Java or C++, along with experience across multiple operating systems including Linux and Windows.
- Have hands-on experience with Python scripting in open-system environments.
- Understand AI and machine learning concepts, with practical experience using AI tools or frameworks to enhance developer experience, automate workflows, and drive innovation in software development.
Preferred Skills:
- Have knowledge of products and solutions within the storage domain.
- Exhibit excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
