Key Responsibilities:
- Complete required classroom training and apply learned concepts by solving real-world business problems through case studies.
- Participate in two structured rotations within the Technology organization over the duration of the program.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of Invesco’s end-to-end business model and growth strategy, including product development, investments, sales, operations, and corporate services.
- Apply basic programming knowledge in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar technologies to support assigned projects and tasks.
- Leverage exposure to the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI, where applicable, to enhance process efficiency and reporting.
- Utilize foundational knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS, with certifications considered an added advantage.
- Contribute effectively to team objectives and achieve individual goals assigned during each rotation.
- Actively participate in Invesco Connects and Business Resource Group (BRG) initiatives.
- Engage in regular progress check-ins with the Rotation Manager and Program Lead to review performance and development goals.
- Build and maintain long-term working relationships through clear, professional, and effective communication.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across global locations to support program and business objectives.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold or be pursuing a B.Tech or M.Tech degree in any discipline.
- Have no active academic backlogs at the time of application.
- Maintain a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent CGPA/CQPI consistently across 10th grade, 12th grade, and all academic qualifications.
