Key Responsibilities:
Data Collection and Processing:
- Collect, validate, and process large volumes of data related to revenue-sharing transactions with third-party vendors.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency to support reliable financial reporting and analysis.
Reporting and Visualization:
- Develop, maintain, and distribute periodic reports highlighting revenue-share performance and key trends.
- Create insightful dashboards using data visualization tools for internal teams and external stakeholders.
Revenue Share Analysis:
- Review and analyze revenue-sharing agreements to identify applicable terms, conditions, and financial obligations.
- Calculate, validate, and report revenue-share allocations in accordance with contractual agreements and defined financial metrics.
Collaboration:
- Partner with cross-functional internal teams, including Finance, Sales, Legal, and Vendor Management, to gather inputs and align reporting with business objectives.
- Coordinate with external partners to maintain operational relationships and resolve issues related to Ratings access.
Quality Assurance:
- Perform quality checks and validations to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of revenue-share reports.
- Identify discrepancies and work with relevant teams to investigate and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in data management and revenue-share reporting.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Highly motivated and detail-oriented professional with experience in collecting, processing, and analyzing data to generate actionable insights.
- Strong expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI, along with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and pivot tables.
- Demonstrates a high level of curiosity and a proactive approach to problem-solving and learning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present findings and insights.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to review and interpret legal contracts, identifying key terms that impact business engagements.
- Prior experience in data analysis and reporting, particularly related to revenue-sharing or financial datasets.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is preferred.
- Understanding of third-party vendor relationships and revenue-sharing models is an added advantage.
