Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, program, and test automation systems in accordance with business and technical requirements.
- Stay current with the latest automation technologies and industry trends, applying them to improve productivity and reduce operational costs.
- Participate in solution design, development, and end-to-end integration of automation solutions.
- Apply strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to analyze issues and implement effective automation outcomes.
- Consistently deliver high-quality results while meeting customer expectations, service levels, and project timelines.
- Document and share comprehensive knowledge of owned automation applications, including source code, application architecture, access credentials, and security configurations, with appropriate stakeholders in compliance with governance standards.
- Contribute to defining the automation tool strategy and establishing scalable processes to mature automation development as a sustainable practice.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Information Technology (IT), Computer Science (CS), or Master of Computer Applications (MCA).
- Proficiency in Python, with a minimum of 1 to 3 years of hands-on development experience.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and commonly used design patterns.
- Hands-on experience with web development frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI for building scalable web applications.
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles and microservices-based architectures.
- Working knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Experience using version control systems, particularly Git, for collaborative software development.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies such as Scrum.
