Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that data stores and applications adhere to defined data management, data access practices, policies, and procedures.
- Produce advanced internal and external reports by performing quantitative and qualitative analysis on large and complex data sets.
- Lead and manage data and reporting requests from internal stakeholders, collaborating with global analytics teams to ensure coordination and consistency across the organization.
- Provide training, mentoring, and knowledge transfer to junior team members to strengthen overall team capability.
- Translate business requirements into data analysis, reporting, and automation solutions, implementing automation where it adds efficiency and value.
- Collect, extract, analyze, interpret, and present insights from complex and sophisticated data sets.
- Own automation initiatives from requirement gathering through development, testing, and implementation.
- Define technical requirements and develop high-level specifications to ensure solution feasibility, functionality, and system integration.
- Support the design and development of systems and processes that convert raw data into actionable business insights and reusable intellectual property.
- Contribute to the development of data analytics strategies and effective data source management for both internal and external use.
- Apply industry and domain knowledge to interpret data, improve operational performance, and collaborate with Business Development teams to enhance client satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain efficient and insightful Power BI dashboards to support business decision-making.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of database structures, schemas, and data models.
- Support customer and stakeholder management activities through accurate and timely data reporting.
- Act as a backup for senior team members and support continuity of critical reporting and analytics functions.
- Independently manage and deliver data analytics and automation projects end-to-end.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Engineering degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Power BI, and Power Apps.
- Strong database knowledge, preferably with Oracle, SAP, or Snowflake platforms.
- Working knowledge of Python is preferred.
- End-to-end process knowledge of collections, billing, and order management functions.
- Experience working with database platforms and analyzing large and complex data sets.
- Prior experience in report generation, dashboard development, data modeling, and trend forecasting.
- Hands-on experience in working with large-scale data and building business metrics.
