Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Financial Analysts, BI Engineers, and business stakeholders to design, develop, and influence best practices for reporting and analytics.
- Apply an analytical and consulting mindset to assess existing processes and programs, and develop strategies to improve business performance and mitigate risk.
- Ideate and build analytical solutions to identify trends and outliers, create scenarios, develop forecasts, and generate insights using predictive analytics techniques.
- Perform end-to-end data activities, including data discovery, cleansing, engineering, analysis, and visualization, across multiple technology stacks to enhance operational and business outcomes.
- Enable effective decision-making by retrieving, aggregating, and transforming data from multiple sources into clear, actionable, and consumable formats.
- Participate in business requirements discussions and translate functional requirements into detailed system and analytics design documentation.
- Communicate project status, risks, issues, and escalations effectively to leadership and key business stakeholders.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Possess 1+ years of hands-on experience with Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, Power Pivot, etc.), along with proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Demonstrate experience in defining business requirements and using data and metrics to derive meaningful business insights.
- Have a proven ability to develop business recommendations and influence stakeholders through data-driven analysis.
Preferred Skills:
- Bring experience in creating requirements documentation and process flow diagrams.
- Demonstrate experience in performing large-scale data analysis to support informed business decision-making.
- Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as data presentation abilities, enabling effective collaboration with both business and technical teams.
- Be self-motivated and capable of delivering results on ambiguous projects involving incomplete or imperfect data.
- Show the ability and interest to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and rapidly evolving environment.
- Demonstrate advanced capability in extracting insights from data analysis and clearly communicating findings to stakeholders and senior management.
