Key Responsibilities:
- Work as a Business & Research Analyst within the Data Extraction team, handling both qualitative investment documents and quantitative data related to the institutional investment industry.
- Support key solutions, including Nasdaq eVestment Market Lens and Nasdaq eVestment Peer Benchmarking, by contributing to shared responsibilities, group projects, and individual initiatives.
- Efficiently read, interpret, and analyze complex investment documents in English to extract relevant information and produce concise, accurate summaries.
- Perform comprehensive data tagging to ensure all critical data points are accurately captured and structured within the database.
- Participate in data association projects by linking externally sourced data with existing records to enhance database completeness and accuracy.
- Conduct internet-based research to locate, verify, and retrieve key investment-related data from reliable external sources.
- Collaborate with global team members to maintain high standards of data quality and consistency across deliverables.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the Key Contact dataset, including contact information for investor firms, consultants, and other industry participants.
- Consistently meet strict daily deadlines by managing workload effectively while maintaining a high level of accuracy under time-sensitive conditions.
