Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, enhance, and modify portions and subsystems of end-user application software across local, networked, and internet-based platforms based on defined requirements and instructions.
- Execute established test plans and protocols for assigned code components, and identify, log, and debug issues as required.
- Build a solid understanding of software application design and development, while fostering effective working relationships with internal teams and outsourced development partners.
- Participate as a member of the project team, collaborating with software application engineers and internal or outsourced partners to deliver reliable, cost-effective, and high-quality solutions for low to moderately complex products.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or an equivalent field.
- Typically possesses 0–2 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding or hands-on experience with software application design tools and programming languages.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of software application design across multiple platform types.
- Familiarity with fundamental testing, coding, and debugging procedures.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English and the local language.
Additional Skills:
- Cross-domain knowledge and design thinking capabilities.
- Understanding of development fundamentals and full-stack development concepts.
- Knowledge of release management processes.
- A security-first mindset in software development.
- Awareness of user experience (UX) principles.
