Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate strong technical and problem-solving skills, along with the motivation to learn new business processes and emerging technologies.
- Work across the full application stack, with a solid understanding of development best practices and system architecture.
- Perform business and data analysis to identify problems, collaborate with clients and internal teams, and recommend effective solutions.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain ETL components for multiple applications, selecting appropriate technologies based on component requirements and team strategy.
- Optimize performance and scalability to support large-scale system deployments.
- Define new product features in collaboration with product management and develop clear specifications.
- Ensure the quality and completeness of deliverables through unit testing, proper documentation, and ongoing maintenance.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in database and ETL development, including ETL, SQL, and data modeling, with familiarity in development best practices.
- Proficiency in DevOps and AutoSDLC tooling, including CI/CD and Jenkins.
- Entry-level experience in Python (or a similar programming language) is required.
- Working knowledge of UNIX/Linux operating systems.
- Prior experience in the finance industry is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure.
- Experience working on large and medium-scale projects within an agile environment.
- Typically requires at least 4+ years of relevant experience to meet the expectations of this role.
