Key Responsibilities:
- Execute problem definition, requirements engineering, risk escalation, solution design, and communication coordination.
- Plan, track estimates, and report progress for personal tasks and those of relevant team members.
- Collaborate with solution designers and stakeholders, and manage effective stakeholder relationships.
- Support delivery teams by resolving complex issues and providing mediation, taking responsibility for addressing questions as they arise.
- Ensure deliverables meet expected standards of content, suitability, and quality.
- Conduct problem-solving and investigation activities to support continuous improvement.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of the payments domain.
- Expert understanding of modern API development and documentation, including RESTful APIs and Swagger.
- Ability to review large technical specifications and distill key insights to guide engineering changes.
- Experience in designing and creating Business Analysis artefacts.
- Proficiency in analyzing and modeling business processes.
- Skilled in defining, specifying, and shaping new software features.
- Experience working with software development teams in an Agile environment.
