Key Responsibilities:
- Execute procedures to ensure all information systems products and services meet organizational standards and end-user requirements.
- Develop test plans and detailed test scripts based on analysis of functional requirements and programming specifications.
- Perform thorough software testing to verify proper operation and ensure systems are free from defects prior to implementation.
- Document issues and collaborate to resolve all identified problems.
- Recommend improvements to existing procedures and create models for potential future configurations.
- Conduct workflow analysis and propose quality enhancement measures.
- Establish software quality standards covering the full lifecycle, including documentation, development methods, testing, and maintenance.
- Define advanced software testing standards and methodologies, and execute complex software tests.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in quality assurance and testing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong technical writing abilities.
- Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with experience collaborating with both onshore and offshore teams.
- Proven ability to work independently and maintain high productivity.
- Adaptability to change and willingness to implement new technologies and processes.
- Proactive mindset with a strong eagerness to learn and an inquisitive attitude.
