Key Responsibilities:
- Understand data flow from source BAS to the IoT platform and analyze issues related to bad or unreliable data.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues to ensure effective resolution while maintaining customer satisfaction as a top priority.
- Document all support interactions in the ticketing system, ensuring each case is accurately and completely logged for future reference.
- Collaborate with other technical teams to escalate complex issues and ensure seamless resolution for customers.
- Utilize analytical skills to identify patterns in customer queries and provide insights to support process improvements.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical knowledge and support professional development.
- Assist in developing and refining standard operating procedures (SOPs) and knowledge base articles to improve overall service delivery.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E / B.Tech).
- Overall experience of 0–2 years.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Basic understanding of IoT technologies, Python programming, Power BI for data visualization, and Postman for API testing.
- Familiarity with thermodynamics principles and HVAC system operations.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new technologies and processes.
