Key Responsibilities:
- Prototype, develop, and unit-test scalable, high-quality features.
- Collaborate with team members to determine the best approaches for solving complex problems.
- Perform code reviews, provide constructive feedback on coding practices, and respond effectively to reviewer comments.
- Plan, develop, monitor, and enhance infrastructure in partnership with Operations teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Contribute effectively within a highly collaborative, cross-geographical team requiring strong communication and quality deliverables.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent software development experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant industry experience and at least 2 years of experience building modern web applications.
- Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, including software architecture, design patterns, and performance optimization.
- Proficiency in Node.js, GraphQL, Webpack, Nx, and Flex.
- Hands-on experience with modern web technologies and tools such as React.js, Redux, Webpack, and Webhooks.
- Familiarity with browser-based debugging techniques and performance profiling tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and creative troubleshooting ability.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain adaptable under pressure.
- Demonstrated eagerness to learn, grow, and take ownership of tasks and deliverables.
Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of integrating AI capabilities into web applications, including prompt engineering, working with LLM APIs, RAG, and MCPs.
