Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and develop software solutions that meet end-user requirements.
- Ensure applications integrate effectively with the overall system architecture, following standard IT lifecycle methodologies and tools.
- Design and develop algorithms, data models, process models, and interface plans, and prepare interface control documents for solutions of moderate complexity.
- Collaborate effectively within a team of skilled and motivated colleagues, while also being able to work independently when required.
- Provide technical solutions to a wide range of complex problems, ensuring that solutions are imaginative, practical, comprehensive, and aligned with organizational objectives.
- Independently determine and develop approaches to problem-solving, working under general direction, with completed work reviewed for adequacy in meeting objectives.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree with typically 4+ years of relevant work experience, or
- Master’s degree with typically 3+ years of relevant work experience, or
- An equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience in developing Java/J2EE applications.
- Experience working with front-end technologies such as Angular, Bootstrap, and Node.js.
- Practical knowledge of CI/CD pipeline and build tools such as Git, Maven, Jenkins, Artifactory, Veracode, and Sonar.
- Experience using ALM tools such as GitLab, TFS, Gradle, Maven, Jenkins, Docker, and Pivotal Cloud Foundry (TANZU).
- Good understanding of relational databases such as Oracle and MS SQL.
- Strong knowledge of Struts, Hibernate, Spring MVC, and Spring Boot frameworks.
- Experience in building distributed, service-oriented, microservices-based, and cloud-based architectures.
- Proven working experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum & XP) and DevOps practices.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of additional programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, etc.
- Hands-on experience working as a Module Lead.
