Accountabilities:
- Investigate and analyse data issues related to quality, lineage, controls, and authoritative source identification, and document data sources, methodologies, and quality findings with recommendations for improvement.
- Design and build data pipelines to automate data movement and processing.
- Apply advanced analytical techniques to large datasets to identify trends and correlations, develop validated logical data models, and translate insights into actionable business recommendations that drive operational and process improvements, leveraging machine learning and AI.
- Translate analytical findings into actionable business recommendations through data-driven analysis, identifying opportunities for operational and process improvements.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visual reports using appropriate tools, and automate reporting processes to support regular and ad-hoc stakeholder requirements.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience in data and records governance, data controls, data lineage, and related methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with data products, cloud platforms, and data warehouses.
- Exposure to business domains such as Retail or Banking, along with regulatory reporting experience.
- Proven experience working in a regulated environment with a strong understanding of data and control risk management.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and related data skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Good understanding of technologies used in the execution of data controls.
- Ability to proactively drive change and continuous improvement.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Experience working in large, cross-functional teams delivering complex services with high standards of resilience, risk, and governance controls.
- Proficiency in data analytics and insight generation to derive actionable insights from data.
- Working knowledge of AWS (or any major cloud platform) and related components, along with Python, will be an added advantage.
