Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and refine services provided to data producers to ensure they address user needs and align with the EDO strategy.
- Collect and document comprehensive requirements for platform development, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and completeness.
- Engage directly with data producers, operational teams, and customers to gather insights, feedback, and pain points.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, architecture, and product management, to ensure solutions align with user expectations.
- Lead stakeholder engagement sessions to communicate product performance updates and development progress.
- Convert complex business and technical requirements into actionable insights to drive the evolution of data offerings.
- Analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for improvement, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Gather and assess issues that require resolution, prioritizing them based on business impact and urgency.
- Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and user stories to support effective solution delivery.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure alignment, shared understanding, and smooth execution.
- Ensure that all requirements are anchored to real business needs and deliver measurable value to the organization.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience working with APIs.
- Keen interest in learning and working with emerging technologies such as agentic AI.
Preferred Skills:
- Professional certifications in business analysis or related disciplines.
- Degree or completed coursework in Business Information Systems, Economics, or Finance.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
