Program Overview:
- The program spans 18 months, consisting of three six-month rotations across departments such as Full Stack Development, Data Science/AI-ML, Data Engineering/Data Virtualization, Cloud Engineering, DevOps, Automation (Test/Infrastructure), Agile Project Management, and Product Development.
- Each graduate will specialize in 3–4 areas during their 18-month training period.
- After completing the program, participants are allocated to one of their specialized technology areas, as each rotation is designed to provide exposure to diverse projects, technologies, and roles.
- The rotational structure enables participants to gain valuable insights into multiple technology domains while developing strong technical and professional foundations.
- Through structured training, mentorship, and three project-based assignments, participants will build core skills, understand industry best practices, and contribute to solving real-world challenges.
- The Technology Team plays a critical role by developing software solutions, adopting new technologies, and maintaining industry-leading enterprise systems tailored to customer needs.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and delivery of software solutions and core product enhancements.
- Translate change requests into technical designs and implement improvements to existing features while adding new capabilities.
- Continuously enhance aspects of the core product architecture to improve functionality and performance.
- Ensure successful delivery of solutions into production, maintaining a focus on system performance, resilience, and customer satisfaction.

- Basic knowledge of coding, data structures, and algorithms.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in software development and delivery, with the ability to quickly understand and apply new technical concepts and frameworks.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment.
- Capable of building effective working relationships in a collaborative team setting.
- Familiarity with fundamental database concepts.
- Good understanding of object-oriented programming, clean code practices, and design patterns.
