Key Responsibilities:
- Define, document, and manage business requirements throughout the project lifecycle in a clear, structured, and meaningful manner.
- Identify and assess the impact of changes from the current state to the target state to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Review test strategies, test plans, and test scenarios, while providing oversight and guidance for testing activities.
- Work independently with a high degree of flexibility, effectively consulting with stakeholders at all levels and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and apply lateral thinking to develop solutions based on best practices or innovative approaches.
- Anticipate potential risks and unforeseen challenges, and take proactive measures to mitigate them promptly.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the organization’s priorities, business drivers, competitors, and strategies to deliver commercially and strategically aligned solutions that balance risk and reward.
- Promote and apply design thinking methodologies throughout the ideation and delivery lifecycle, including persona mapping, to ensure customer-centric solution design.
- Employ a customer-focused approach by identifying organizational changes, assessing their impact, and preparing and supporting individuals and teams to adopt changes smoothly and effectively.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to bring structure and clarity to undefined or large-scale problems, solving them systematically and independently.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Agile mindset with the ability to adapt quickly, embrace feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
- Proven experience in facilitating workshops, brainstorming sessions, scope definition, and requirements management, as well as preparing and presenting option papers and documenting non-functional requirements.
- Broad understanding of the banking and financial services industry, with specific functional expertise in relevant domains.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing and managing both business and technology changes to ensure smooth transitions to Business as Usual (BAU) and successful adoption by internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or an equivalent certification is an added advantage.
