Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct independent oversight of enterprise-wide models, with a particular focus on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) models used for marketing, credit, fraud detection, and other business or risk domains.
- Perform comprehensive gap assessments and establish a robust framework to strengthen model risk controls and ensure compliance with evolving regulatory standards.
- Conduct AI/ML research to identify opportunities, set internal guidelines, and address regulatory expectations while driving innovation, model excellence, and business impact.
- Communicate key findings, results, and insights effectively to stakeholders, senior leadership, and various model governance committees.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in at least one data manipulation tool such as R, Java, SQL, or SAS.
- Hands-on experience in model development or validation with a solid understanding of machine learning and statistical algorithms, including deep learning and boosting techniques.
- Experience with data visualization tools and methods is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, relationship management, and project management skills to effectively drive validation initiatives.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams to support validation processes and ensure successful project execution.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in analytics or big data workstreams.

- Experience applying advanced statistical and quantitative techniques to solve business problems is preferred.
