Accountabilities:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive Data and Records Governance Framework in alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Monitor data quality, records metrics, and compliance with established standards across the organization.
- Identify data and records management risks, gaps, and areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Design and implement a Records Management Program to ensure proper identification, classification, storage, retention, retrieval, and secure disposal of records.
- Formulate and execute a Data Governance Strategy that aligns with the bank’s overall data management goals and business objectives.
- Provide organization-wide guidance, training, and support on Data and Records Management standards and compliance requirements.
Assistant Vice President Expectations:
- Advise and influence decision-making processes, contribute to policy formulation, and ensure operational efficiency across functions and business divisions.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong experience in Data and Records Governance, including data controls, data lineage, and related methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with data products, cloud platforms, and data warehouse solutions.
- Solid understanding of business domains such as Retail or Banking, with experience in regulatory reporting.
- Proven experience working in a regulated environment with a strong grasp of data and control risk management principles.

- Good understanding of various technologies used in the execution and management of data controls.
- Ability to proactively drive organizational and process change to enhance data governance and efficiency.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with senior stakeholders.
