Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key point of contact between the business and IT teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment of objectives.
- Work independently with a high level of flexibility to consult with business stakeholders at all levels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with delivery partners and Global Functions to ensure smooth project execution.
- Lead multiple initiatives simultaneously, taking ownership of analyst activities and providing direction in larger projects.
- Apply an improvement-focused mindset to identify and define complex or less obvious issues, actively contributing to problem-solving and brainstorming discussions.
- Bring structure and clarity to undefined or large-scale problems, enabling more effective resolution.
- Evaluate the relative costs, benefits, and challenges of potential solutions before implementation to ensure optimal decision-making.
- Communicate complex information clearly, concisely, and appropriately tailored to the target audience.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the organization’s strategic priorities, business drivers, and competitive landscape to propose solutions aligned with overall goals.
- Challenge small-scale business decisions that do not align with the organization’s commercial or strategic objectives.
- Anticipate risks and issues, taking proactive steps to mitigate them effectively and manage unforeseen challenges swiftly.
- Identify potential risks to service or performance in advance and implement proactive measures to maintain quality and consistency.
- Act as a subject matter expert across multiple projects or programs, guiding teams on requirements gathering, design, change management, and implementation approaches.
- Conduct ad-hoc business research and analysis tasks as needed to support project or program objectives.
- Define and manage business requirements, design appropriate solutions, and establish effective structures to meet operational and strategic goals.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong expertise in business analysis, requirements gathering, and design techniques.
- Proficiency in change management and implementation management methodologies and approaches.
- Basic understanding of business process reengineering principles.
- Proven experience in a business analysis role on complex, multi-country or regional projects.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the financial services industry with specialized functional expertise.
- Hands-on experience in business analysis, solution design, change management, implementation, or consulting activities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive and self-driven approach.
- Experience in conducting meetings and discussions through video or teleconferencing platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and business analysis tools.
- Experience in managing change adoption processes, including planning and implementing interventions to ensure smooth transitions and embedding changes into business-as-usual operations — from requirements gathering to communication and end-user training.
- Experience in transformation change initiatives, particularly in Design and Initiation (D&I), is an advantage.
- Skilled in gathering business requirements and conducting design activities across business, operations, and technology-focused projects.
