Key Responsibilities:
- Configure systems using Studio Designer at the form, workflow, and notification levels.
- Collaborate with the technical team to integrate the system with various applications.
- Prepare detailed design specifications based on customization requirements.
- Develop and maintain validation documents such as Installation Qualification (IQ) and Performance Qualification (PQ).
- Conduct classroom training sessions for end clients to ensure effective system adoption and usage.
- Deploy and promote customizations to QA and Production environments, ensuring stability and compliance with release processes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess 1–3 years of experience in a technical or configuration-based services role.
- Hands-on experience in implementing Quality Management Systems (QMS) such as TrackWise, MasterControl, ETQ, or CEBOS.
- Proficient in creating reports and visualizations using Crystal Reports or TIBCO Spotfire.
- Familiar with ISO 9000 standards, cGMP guidelines, and FDA regulatory requirements.
- Experience in implementing MRP systems and applying manufacturing concepts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing workflows and business process management.
- Basic knowledge of programming concepts and their application in system configurations or automation.
