Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for communication with the application owner.
- Study and analyze the out-of-the-box application solution in M7.
- Assist business representatives in analyzing and evaluating the Functional Gap Document.
- Document business and functional requirements in detail.
- Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans.
- Prepare test cases based on the configuration workbook and Functional Gap Document.
- Support senior business analysts in training business users on the M7 application.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience working with the MetricStream application.
- Proven ability to facilitate discussions with Application Owners with minimal support from the Product Owner.
- Several years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong sense of responsibility, with a team-oriented mindset and solid stakeholder management skills.
- Possess a holistic and positive approach to work, handling tasks of all sizes while supporting the team to achieve goals.
- Ability to grasp complex problems quickly and communicate them clearly and effectively.
- Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Motivated to work in an agile, fast-paced environment and actively contribute to the squad’s collaborative and social culture.
