Key Responsibilities:
- Perform end-to-end processing of loss and exposure data for companies within assigned portfolios.
- Conduct in-depth analysis to update and correct existing company details.
- Clear backlogs within the respective portfolios.
- Manage documents and carry out other administrative tasks within the area of responsibility.
- Provide analytical insights and deliver high-quality outputs.
- Proactively maintain and expand subject matter expertise.
- Identify process inefficiencies and collaborate with the team to implement improvements.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as required.
- Apply research and development skills to support ongoing initiatives.
- Contribute to automation efforts to enhance efficiency.
- Work within data governance frameworks such as DAMABOK and DCAM.
- Apply data quality management practices.
- Leverage expertise in data governance, compliance, and data quality frameworks to ensure regulatory alignment and business value (experience in this area will be an added advantage).
Project Management:
- Support small-scale, low-complexity industry-specific projects as assigned.
- Document industry-specific requirements prior to project kick-off.
- Coordinate and liaise with key project stakeholders, including Underwriters and Actuaries.
- Handle internal data management and reporting activities.
- Prepare and deliver project status reports to the LEDH management team and project members on a periodic basis.
- Document key project findings and lessons learned.
- Perform quality checks (QC) as needed.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT).
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, Mathematics, Statistics, or Management.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in similar processes or accounting transactions.
- Ability to manage and analyze large volumes of data.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and MS Access (preferred).
- Familiarity with insurance and reinsurance concepts.
- Knowledge of Generative AI concepts or Python (an added advantage).
