Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Data Collection Efforts: Gather and verify extensive information on market participants from publicly available sources such as websites, news articles, and public registries & filings, ensuring accuracy and comprehensive coverage.
- Implement Data Quality Standards: Oversee and execute rigorous data cleansing processes to maintain accuracy, consistency, and reliability of datasets using best practices and methodologies.
- Conduct Advanced Reporting and Analysis: Perform in-depth trend evaluation and generate comprehensive reports to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Drive Automation and Efficiency: Lead initiatives to automate data collection and reporting tasks using SQL and Lean methodologies, optimizing processes and enhancing productivity.
- Utilize Advanced Analytical Tools: Apply advanced analytical tools, including GenAI, for exploratory data analysis to extract deeper insights and support informed decision-making.
- Ensure Compliance and Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of data collection processes and adhere to compliance standards, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Achieve Performance Targets: Consistently deliver on individual and team goals with a strong emphasis on quality assurance and operational excellence.
- Contribute to Strategic Enhancements: Support the development of innovative data collection methods and product improvements aligned with evolving market needs.
- Troubleshoot Complex Issues: Resolve complex data-related challenges, provide support to team members, and foster a collaborative problem-solving environment.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in data projects, including data validation and cleansing techniques (preferred).
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and advanced quantitative skills.
- Proficient in SQL and Excel, with working knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Solid understanding of compliance requirements in data collection and reporting.
- Exposure to Lean principles or automation tools.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to modern technologies, including GenAI.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights effectively.
- Strong time-management and multi-tasking abilities to manage diverse business tasks.
- Skilled in conducting secondary and thematic online research.
- Certified and experienced in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrates initiative and resourcefulness in problem-solving.
- Adaptable to flexible shifts and collaborative team environments.
- Strong project management skills to handle ad-hoc projects efficiently.
- Keen interest in market trends with the ability to analyze and interpret market dynamics.
