Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Profile and analyze large datasets to identify patterns, ensure consistency, and assess data quality.
• Ensure data quality and integrity by identifying discrepancies and collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Develop and enhance business validation rules and data quality checks based on identified principles and patterns.
• Understand additional use cases for data quality in user interfaces, business intelligence dashboards, reports, and customer analytics.
• Initiate, oversee, and coordinate data analysis projects, collaborating with multiple team members across single or multiple workstreams.
• Deliver in-depth analysis and actionable insights through dashboards, reports, and presentations, effectively communicating key takeaways to business and technology stakeholders.
• Document and maintain analysis patterns, change requests, data attribute definitions, data mappings, business validation rules, and data quality rules.
• Collaborate with technology teams to support the development of software application solutions that automate data ingestion, analysis, and remediation processes.
• Coordinate with SMEs, operations, and technology teams to manage cross-team dependencies that impact the delivery of data and related solutions.
• Drive continuous improvements in data analysis processes, tools, and applications.
• Assess the repeatability and scalability of solutions developed for client requirements.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Financial Analytics, Statistics, or Mathematics.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, and data visualization tools and techniques.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at various levels.

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision.
• Strong self-learning mindset with curiosity about business and technology.
• Familiarity with global financial markets and index methodologies.
• Capability to manage customer expectations while collaborating effectively with diverse teams.
• Contribution to the knowledge culture by documenting and sharing insights on domain, data analysis processes, and technology.
• Experience in coaching, mentoring, and onboarding new team members.

Other Considerations:

• Exposure to business intelligence and financial data analytics will be an added advantage.
