Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the technical scope of projects in alignment with requirements at all stages:
- Gather information from various sources (data warehouses, databases, data integration, and modeling) to interpret patterns and trends.
- Develop record management processes and policies.
- Build and maintain relationships at all levels within the client base to understand their requirements.
- Provide sales data, proposals, data insights, and account reviews to clients.
- Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and automate processes.
- Set up and maintain automated data processes.
- Identify, evaluate, and implement external services and tools to support data validation and cleansing.
- Produce and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
2. Analyze data sets and provide meaningful insights:
- Liaise with internal and external clients to fully understand data content.
- Design and conduct surveys, and analyze survey data as per customer requirements.
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets related to customer business and prepare reports for internal and external audiences using business analytics tools.
- Create dashboards, graphs, and visualizations to showcase business performance, including sector and competitor benchmarking.
- Mine and analyze large datasets, draw valid inferences, and present findings effectively to management using reporting tools.
- Develop predictive models and share actionable insights with clients based on their requirements.
