Key Responsibilities:
- Gather operational data from various cross-functional stakeholders to analyze past business performance.
- Identify data patterns and trends, providing actionable insights to support business planning, process improvement, solution assessment, and other decision-making activities.
- Recommend actions for future developments, strategic business opportunities, and enhancements to operational policies.
- Perform exploratory data analysis, confirmatory data analysis, and qualitative analysis as required.
- Translate data into consumer or customer behavioral insights to inform targeting and segmentation strategies, and communicate findings effectively to business partners and senior leaders.
- Continuously improve processes and strategies by evaluating and leveraging new data sources, tools, and capabilities.
- Collaborate with internal and external business partners to build, implement, track, and optimize decision strategies.
- Assess and manage risk in business decisions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to company policies, applying sound ethical judgment, and escalating or reporting control issues transparently to safeguard the firm’s reputation, clients, and assets.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent university qualification, or comparable professional experience.
Skills:
- Possess 2–4 years of relevant professional experience.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners and team members.
