Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the project or work scope, and plan and deliver high-quality outputs as a Scrum team member within the expected schedule and timelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document project requirements effectively.
- Take ownership of feature or module design and architecture, ensuring adherence to industry best practices.
- Perform software development and conduct thorough unit testing to ensure the highest quality standards.
- Contribute to verification and validation activities as needed to support sprint goals.
- Follow best practices in software development, including secure coding standards and secure development processes.
- Participate in peer reviews of various work products to ensure code quality and compliance with standards.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Highly action-oriented and enthusiastic when faced with challenging tasks.
- Possess strong functional and technical knowledge to perform the job effectively and achieve high levels of accomplishment.
- Apply rigorous logic and structured methods to solve complex problems; able to identify hidden issues and think beyond obvious solutions.

Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in C# .NET
- Experience with SQL Server
- Knowledge of Web API or REST API
- Strong hands-on experience with WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation)
- Working knowledge of ASP.NET
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology from a reputed institution with a good academic record.
- Proficient in software development across both web and Windows application environments.
- Strong command over the Microsoft technology stack, especially in C#.
- Good understanding of software design principles using Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) and data structures.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure platforms is an added advantage.
