Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills in both verbal and written forms.
- Empathize with and effectively handle irate customers, ensuring a calm and solution-oriented approach.
- Possess technical knowledge for troubleshooting base operating system issues and show eagerness to learn new technologies.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to Windows, Outlook, Teams, Citrix, VDI, VPN, and security applications through remote support.
- Respond promptly to incoming calls and customer emails.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Provide accurate product and service information to customers.
- Research information using available resources to offer effective solutions to customer queries.
- Use appropriate software tools to identify and resolve customer complaints.
- Route calls and support tickets to the appropriate teams or domains for resolution.
- Document all call and interaction details in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Identify and report trends in customer issues to the management team.
- Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new issues and their respective resolutions.
- Maintain accurate call logs and generate reports as required.
