Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain complex Oracle PL/SQL queries and procedures to support data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
- Use Python scripting for data analysis, process automation, and the generation of analytical reports.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies, delivering actionable insights to enhance business performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and convert them into clear technical specifications.
- Establish and maintain data quality standards to ensure data consistency and integrity across multiple systems.
- Utilize data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik Sense to develop interactive dashboards and reports for business stakeholders.
- Continuously stay informed about the latest tools, techniques, and best practices in data analysis, including advancements in artificial intelligence and machine learning.
- Research and assess emerging AI/ML tools and methodologies for potential integration into data analysis projects.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree, University degree, or equivalent practical experience.
- 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in a related role.
- Experience in programming and debugging within business application environments.
- Working knowledge of industry practices and standards.
- Strong understanding of specific business areas relevant to application development.
- Familiarity with programming languages commonly used in application development.
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Demonstrated hands-on experience as a Technical Data Analyst (not a Business Analyst) with proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL and Python for executing analytical tasks and analyzing large datasets.
- Strong proficiency in Python scripting for data analysis and automation.
- Proven expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik Sense.
- Good understanding of AI/ML tools and techniques used in data analytics, including machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and predictive modeling.
- Practical experience in applying AI/ML techniques in real-world data analysis projects is considered a strong plus.
- Possesses strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Prior work experience or familiarity with the financial services industry is preferred.
