Key Responsibilities:

  • Incoming graduates may either rotate across multiple desks or be assigned to specific desks within the Markets division.
  • Work in an environment that values strong analytical rigor in quantitative models, quantitative architecture, structured products, electronic trading, and execution algorithms and strategies that drive the business.
  • Collaborate closely with senior traders, structurers, quants, and other key stakeholders in a highly interactive and dynamic setup.
  • Contribute to one or more of the following areas:
    • Business Management and Client Analytics / Intelligence
    • Project Management, Business Change, and Transformation
    • Equity Product Structuring (pricing structured products and developing systematic strategies)
    • Electronic Trading and Execution (market microstructure research and analytics)
    • Financial Resources Analytics (capital optimization) and Counterparty Exposure Management
  • Undertake responsibilities aligned with roles across the domains mentioned above, with the exact nature of work determined by profile fitment and candidate preference.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Must be graduates who will join in 2025; candidates from all specializations are welcome to apply.
  • Should be willing to work in a hybrid setup, with the primary work location being the office in Bangalore; candidates must be ready to relocate as required.
  • Ability to navigate and adapt effectively in a hybrid work environment, demonstrating self-motivation and ownership of assigned tasks and projects.
  • Proactive in collaborating with team members for support, guidance, and troubleshooting when needed.
