Key Responsibilities:
- Incoming graduates may either rotate across multiple desks or be assigned to specific desks within the Markets division.
- Work in an environment that values strong analytical rigor in quantitative models, quantitative architecture, structured products, electronic trading, and execution algorithms and strategies that drive the business.
- Collaborate closely with senior traders, structurers, quants, and other key stakeholders in a highly interactive and dynamic setup.
- Contribute to one or more of the following areas:
- Business Management and Client Analytics / Intelligence
- Project Management, Business Change, and Transformation
- Equity Product Structuring (pricing structured products and developing systematic strategies)
- Electronic Trading and Execution (market microstructure research and analytics)
- Financial Resources Analytics (capital optimization) and Counterparty Exposure Management
- Undertake responsibilities aligned with roles across the domains mentioned above, with the exact nature of work determined by profile fitment and candidate preference.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be graduates who will join in 2025; candidates from all specializations are welcome to apply.
- Should be willing to work in a hybrid setup, with the primary work location being the office in Bangalore; candidates must be ready to relocate as required.
