Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize data research capabilities to translate business problems and data requirements into low-complexity analyses and actionable recommendations.
- Develop standard, customized, and ad hoc reports or analyses to support informed business decisions.
- Provide regular updates to project logs, prepare monthly budget forecasts, and contribute content for monthly newsletters and operations reviews.
- Participate in projects by assisting the systems support group with design, programming, research, testing, and implementation tasks.
- Support troubleshooting and problem-solving activities related to production or issuance issues.
- Assist in developing departmental and divisional procedures, policies, and controls to ensure process accuracy and efficiency while minimizing the risk of production or issuance errors.
- Conduct data and business research projects, including secondary research testing and results-oriented intelligence gathering.
- Receive direction from supervisors, exercise independent judgment, and collaborate with technology teams and other business units.
- Work with consultants or program managers on tasks related to project completion, including project design, data collection and research, report preparation, and presentation development.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in Analytics, or an equivalent combination of relevant work experience, training, military service, or education.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and tools.
- Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis.
- Experience with Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
- Familiarity with Python for data manipulation and analytics tasks.
