Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Fixed Income portfolio managers and participate in weekly market research, sharing key findings with the broader team on a regular basis.
- Assist senior researchers by writing model codes in Python to implement research models.
- Onboard and explore new data sources to support research activities.
- Build domain knowledge in quantitative investing.
- Develop expertise in fixed income investing, with a particular focus on Mortgage-Backed Securities (MBS).
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier college, preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Experience with Python and R programming languages.
- Basic knowledge of the asset management industry and the fixed income asset class is preferred.
