Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to develop effective solutions.
- Prepare detailed functional and technical documentation, including business requirement documents (BRDs) and process flow diagrams.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and management to ensure successful implementation of business solutions.
- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and resource requirements for various business initiatives.
- Monitor project progress, track key metrics, and prepare regular status reports for management review.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend strategies for enhancing operational efficiency.
- Support data analysis and reporting activities to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Coordinate and participate in meetings, workshops, and presentations with stakeholders and clients.
