Key Responsibilities:
- Provide voice-based support to international and domestic customers over the phone (inbound and outbound).
- Build rapport with customers through clear and confident communication.
- Focus on ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving first-time resolution of issues.
- Engage with the technical team to deliver faster resolutions for technical problems.
- Work closely with the technical content team to identify and address gaps in the help module.
- Be willing to work night shifts as required.
