Key Responsibilities:
- Work as part of cross-functional, agile development teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the development process, from requirements definition to delivery of highly concurrent systems.
- Demonstrate a high level of motivation and the ability to work independently as a self-starter.
- Plan, develop, test, debug, and refactor new and existing functionality.
- Analyze user requirements and translate them into efficient, maintainable code.
- Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot both front-end and back-end code.
- Proactively identify problems and contribute to system architecture definition, hardware and software specifications, and overall design.
- Collaborate effectively within a team using agile methodologies.
- Work with experienced team members to conduct root cause analysis of issues, review new and existing code, and perform unit testing.
- Serve as an integral member of the software development team, contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle.
- Develop highly scalable and high-performance applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to deliver high-quality products.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technological advancements and industry trends.
- Stay current with best practices and trends in software development.
- Demonstrate the ability to learn quickly and apply new skills effectively.
- Bring strong interpersonal and technical skills to project engagements and team interactions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, or MCA, or in a related field.
- Strong hands-on experience in building, breaking, and rebuilding applications, with a demonstrated ability to examine open-source code to understand real-world software development and delivery.
- Solid foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles, data structures, algorithms, and SQL.
- Practical experience with one or more of the following: .NET/C#, JavaScript and related frameworks, HTML/CSS, and relational databases.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work five days a week from the office.
- Flexibility to join calls during late office hours to overlap with the US team when required.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior relevant experience in software development.
