Role Description:
- Work closely with business leads across various lines of business, providing guidance on requirements management and other analysis activities.
- Shape and lead project initiation activities, define operating models, and act as a central point for delivering and embedding transformation in collaboration with delivery partners.
- Manage and execute analysis activities, including requirements management, design, change management, and implementation management throughout project delivery.
- Oversee change management activities from early planning, scope definition, data and audience analysis to designing and delivering interventions such as communications, training, support, and organizational alignment.
- Track and act on change readiness, adoption, and feedback to ensure successful implementation.
- Take overall responsibility for implementation management, including planning, testing, controlling, and reporting on the deployment of change initiatives, with a focus on accelerating benefits and minimizing risks.
- Manage implementation readiness and oversee early stages of implementation, such as pilots.
- Collaborate with program leadership and relevant stakeholders across business units to develop an efficient CRDVI implementation plan.
- Work with regulatory teams to interpret CRDVI regulations and ensure that policies and processes comply with relevant standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for queries related to CRDVI implementation.
- Stay updated on CRDVI developments and communicate regulatory expectations clearly to internal stakeholders.
- Provide training and guidance to business units on CRDVI requirements and their impact on product offerings, especially for deposit-taking, lending, and guarantee services.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation for senior management and regulatory authorities.
- Maintain detailed records of processes, decisions, and implementation activities to support audit and compliance requirements.
- Ensure that all deliverables meet high-quality standards and align with accepted regulatory policies and frameworks.
- Lead, contribute, challenge, and provide effective advice within the scope of responsibilities, participate in internal committees or forums, and offer clear, impactful communication to inspire commitment and shared understanding among stakeholders.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Demonstrate excellent business analysis skills.
- Possess a strong understanding of wholesale business and related products.
- Have a background in working with cross-functional teams to drive requirements gathering and data analysis.
- Bring strong analytical capabilities with a high level of attention to detail.
- Have experience in business and process analysis, change initiatives, and business process re-engineering.
- Be experienced in planning and deploying both business and IT initiatives.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels across the organization.
- Constructively challenge business intent to accurately define requirements and design detailed business solutions and structures.
- Continuously seek innovative ways to improve business outcomes and add value for customers, stakeholders, and colleagues.
- Demonstrate strong organizational, time management, and planning skills to manage multiple large-scale responsibilities effectively.
- Build strong working relationships across Business, IT, and Operations teams.
