Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in configuring and maintaining departmental tools, and explore and evaluate new tools to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python and PowerShell for deployment, monitoring, and configuration tasks.
- Create dashboards using Power BI or other relevant tools to support reporting and analytics needs.
- Contribute to the development of internal tools and utilities that improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in implementing security best practices across environments.
- Monitor tool uptime and health, manage user access and permissions, perform basic troubleshooting and log checks, and validate backups and restore points.
- Document infrastructure configurations, deployment procedures, and troubleshooting guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and smooth day-to-day operations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- MCA or B.E. degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Strong scripting skills with experience in developing customized dashboards using scripts.
- Ability to integrate multiple data sources using PowerShell or Python to build dashboards in Power BI or similar tools.
- Basic experience with Azure DevOps or comparable tools.
- Proactive in exploring and learning new tools independently.
- Strong problem-solving abilities combined with effective communication skills.
- Internship or academic project experience with Azure or DevOps tools is preferred.
- Awareness of DevSecOps principles and cloud security best practices is an added advantage.
