Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze large and complex data sets to solve business problems using advanced analytical techniques as required.
- Monitor and forecast key business metrics on a regular basis to support strategic decision-making.
- Conduct regular planning sessions and performance reviews to assess key metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Define and track the most relevant metrics aligned with specific business objectives.
- Design, execute, and evaluate experiments to test and validate business hypotheses.
- Accelerate root cause analysis and insight generation for recurring use cases by leveraging automation and self-service platforms.
- Develop impactful data-driven narratives that align with the organization’s strategic goals.
- Collaborate with Business, Product, and Data Engineering teams to enhance data quality through feedback and continuous improvement of instrumentation and data completeness.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or any other related quantitative discipline.
- At least 1 year of core experience in analytics.
- Background in analytics, data science, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with data manipulation tools such as SQL, R, Python, and Excel.
- Exposure to Business Intelligence platforms like Power BI and Tableau.
- Understanding of basic statistical measurement frameworks, including measures of central tendency, dispersion, distribution, and significance testing.
- Foundational knowledge of machine learning techniques such as regression and classification.
