Key Responsibilities:
- Support commercial collections and credit data science practices by driving model usage and addressing business opportunities through model enhancements.
- Innovate modeling techniques and develop new variables to improve model performance.
- Incorporate new data intelligence from consumer data, commercial bureaus, and internal datasets into commercial credit risk models.
- Conduct AI and machine learning research to explore opportunities that enhance model excellence and drive business impact.
- Review customer cases to identify opportunities for new models or variable creation.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 0–2 years of experience in analytics, data science, machine learning, or related fields.
- Postgraduate degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or Management from a top-tier institute.
Functional Skills and Capabilities:
- Proficiency and hands-on experience in econometric, statistical, analytical, and machine learning techniques.
- Strong programming skills in machine learning languages such as Python and PySpark, along with proficiency in SQL or Hive.
- Ability to drive project deliverables and achieve targeted business results.
- Capability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently on complex and unstructured initiatives.
