Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain semantic models to ensure efficient data structuring and easy accessibility.
- Design and implement Power BI reports and dashboards to deliver actionable business insights.
- Work on embedded Power BI development by integrating reports into applications and web platforms.
- Facilitate self-service BI to enable users to create and modify reports independently.
- Manage data export and scheduling processes to ensure timely and accurate report delivery.
- Implement data security measures, including row-level security and access controls, to safeguard sensitive information.
- Utilize Power BI REST APIs for automation, embedding analytics, and managing Power BI content.
- Optimize Power BI performance and troubleshoot issues to improve the overall user experience.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and Power BI Embedded.
- Strong understanding of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and Power Query (M language).
- Experience in creating and optimizing semantic models.
- Knowledge of self-service BI concepts and best practices.
- Familiarity with data export, scheduling, and automation processes.
- Expertise in data security, governance, and compliance practices.
- Ability to work with SQL databases, Azure, and various other data sources.
- Experience using Power BI REST APIs for embedding, administration, and governance tasks.
