Key Responsibilities:
- Work directly with developers, clients, and internal teams to provide technical support, consulting, and best practices for post-integration issues.
- Address technical queries related to APIs, plugins, and the complete Razorpay product suite.
- Follow the defined escalation matrix, engage relevant stakeholders, and communicate technical issues effectively to merchants and internal departments.
- Analyze incident trends using data from past incidents and define action items to reduce service volume and improve application availability.
- Apply appropriate negotiation styles when managing both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure team OKRs remain on track by monitoring and following up on progress daily.
- Communicate application support policies, procedures, and SLAs to relevant stakeholders, ensuring adherence across the enterprise.
- Act as an advocate and knowledge resource for technical queries regarding Razorpay products, their implementation, and usage.
- Enhance the merchant experience by resolving technical issues efficiently without unnecessary redirection to development teams.
- Ensure customer satisfaction levels remain within organizational targets and maintain a positive (green) status.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 0-1 year of experience in an application support role.
- Experience in the payment industry is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data management systems, combined with a high level of self-motivation and a can-do attitude.
- Ability to gain valuable insights through strong data and information literacy skills, and perform root cause analysis and problem-solving.
- Strong technical, analytical, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate findings into clear business reports and presentations.
