Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, develop solutions, and ensure the successful deployment of AI-driven automation tools.
- Support day-to-day operations of the organization’s RPA initiatives in the capacity of a Bot Controller.
- Manage automation environments, handle releases of automated processes across various environments, and provide post-implementation support.
- Document and demonstrate support solutions by creating clear documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and well-structured code.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 0 to 6 months of experience working on the deployment of AI-driven automation tools.
- Understanding of robotic process analysis on RPA platforms and ability to provide L1/L2 functional and technical infrastructure support for RPA applications.
- Ability to perform technical analysis to troubleshoot RPA performance and execution issues, assist with RPA tool upgrades, and support operations teams during UAT and rollout phases.
- Certification in RPA software such as Blue Prism, UiPath, or Automation Anywhere is an added advantage.
