Key Responsibilities:
- Own the loss metrics for the assigned line of business or region, and design scalable solutions and logic to mitigate fraud through various modus operandi.
- Lead the development, experimentation, rollout, and monitoring of new risk solutions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and data teams, to ensure data quality across critical pipelines and to establish processes for triaging data issues.
- Develop, track, and maintain metrics and reporting functions to monitor the performance of risk products on the platform.
- Communicate insights effectively and proactively, and drive initiatives to achieve team goals.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to build innovative solutions for addressing risk challenges.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Mastery of SQL, with the ability to write efficient and complex queries.
- Experience with Python or R, including experimentation, A/B testing, and statistical modeling.
- Proven ability to handle, explore, and visualize large datasets, and work effectively with raw data feeds.
- Well-organized and structured approach to problem-solving.
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to solve problems confidently and make sound decisions.
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated, with the ability to thrive in dynamic, agile environments.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with product and engineering teams to launch and influence new products.

- Experience working in risk management within a product or technology company.
