Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement advanced AI and Generative AI (GenAI) solutions to address complex challenges across domains such as Risk, Controllers, and Legal.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify, assess, and prioritize AI use cases that enhance operational efficiency and drive process improvements.
- Apply cutting-edge GenAI techniques, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and other advanced methodologies to build scalable and effective AI models.
- Partner with business leaders and traditional business teams to understand their requirements and integrate AI-driven solutions seamlessly into existing workflows.
- Work in close coordination with Goldman Sachs Engineering teams to utilize their infrastructure and technical solutions for the deployment and scaling of AI applications.
- Continuously monitor, assess, and refine AI model performance to ensure optimal accuracy and effectiveness.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and GenAI technologies and proactively identify opportunities to enhance AI strategies with innovative approaches.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI and Generative AI (GenAI) solutions with a focus on real-world applications and business impact.
- Demonstrated expertise in advanced GenAI methodologies, including but not limited to Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and other cutting-edge techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to convert complex business needs into effective AI-driven solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Proactive and innovative approach, with a strong passion for staying current with the latest trends and advancements in AI and GenAI technologies.
- Proficient in programming languages commonly used in AI development, particularly Python.
- Familiarity with leading AI and machine learning frameworks and tools, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar, is a plus.
